 Fabulous TE Terms

By registering for Fabulous TE you agree that you have read these terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them.

Unless you received prior permission from Fabulous TE, you may only register for one Fabulous TE account.

You may not promote Fabulous TE in a way that could be considered spamming. You may only promote your referral URL and/or other promotional material in other traffic exchanges or advertising programs that allow it. Promoting Fabulous TE in a way that could be considered spamming will result in removal of your Fabulous TE account and all other products that Michael Bhiya owns and possible legal action.

Users are completely responsible for the content they promote using Fabulous TE. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to promote a URL, and any content it contains. Fabulous TE is not responsible if a user is in violation of another legal agreement, copyright infringement, or any other issues.

URL Rules

Before submitting a URL to Fabulous TE, please read these rules very carefully and make sure your URL does not violate any of them. If you violate any of these rules, your site will be deleted along with any credits assigned to them. Your Fabulous TE account may also be deleted.

*No sites with illegal activity.

*No frame-breaking sites.

*No viruses, trojans, or spyware.

*No adult content.

*Rotators may be promoted only if all sites or banners in rotation comply with these terms.

*No HYIPs or "investment autosurfs". These are illegal in most countries, including the United States.

*No PTP sites.

*Fabulous TE has the full right to delete any site that is inappropriate or questionable.

UPGRADE RULES

Any member is entitled to upgrade anytime to any upgrade option/subscription available at the time. All members shall be responsible for cancellations of any subscriptions that are active with their payment processors. Fabulous TE shall by any means not be liable for such refunds, we will however send a notification should we notice dual subscriptions active

All upgrade/subscriptions purchases are final and non-refundable, however each member will be entitled to cancel any subscriptions with their payment processors any time. All lifetime upgrades purchases shall be final and non-refundable.

PAYMENT RULES

Commissions are paid automatically on the Weekend once a month. You don't need to request a payment but a valid Paypal email address is required to receive commission payment, please update your profile with this information. If your account doesn't have your paypal email on record or you provided an incorrect email address, we will not be held liable for any loss of your income.

Commissions are paid to all active members with a balance of $25 or more for free members and $10 or more for upgraded members. Due to possible charge-backs and refunds disputes, 60 days waiting period will be applied for commission amounts exceeding $25

SUSPENDED ACCOUNTS RULES

We reserve the right to suspend or ban your account or account with all Michael Bhiya administrated sites with or without notice.

When your account is automatically suspended by any of our surf verification and bot test mods, it will undoubtedly result in all your account being suspended from all other sites we own and administrate. We reserve the right to refuse membership into any new website you join after you have been suspended in anyone of our websites.

REFUND POLICY

All Sales Are Final. All refund requests will not be honored. Once you have completed any purchase at the Fabulous TE, you acknowledge that you have read these terms fully and voluntarily agree to be bound by these terms which include a Zero Refund Policy, and that you expressly agree to forego any and all refund claims.
